DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery of your items when outside the United Kingdom as we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. You can be sure we will do our best to rush your items to you.

PAYMENT METHOD: Your shopping experience with us is with paypal who accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, & Discover, debit & credit cards.

RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. However, if you find your product to be faulty, you may pay to return it to us and we will replace it at no extra charge to you.

ORDER STATUS: Please email sales@kingdomculture.org.uk with questions.

RUSH ORDERS: are not available online, as we will need to determine the availability and the cost of the shipping. Please email us with your requests at sales@kingdomculture.org.uk.

BULK ORDERS: We have bulk prices for stores, ministries & schools. Please email us at sales@kingdomculture.org.uk and we will be happy to help you.

FAULTY PRODUCT or ERROR in ORDER: Please email your name, product & details to sales@kingdomculture.org.uk. If your mp3 CD’s won’t play, check that your CD player is MP3 compatible or use your computer to listen to them.

MP3 DOWNLOADS: These will be available very soon so come back to check it out! MP3 sales will be non-refundable but a great solution to international shipping costs.

ITEM AVAILABILITY: You can be assured that the website will always reflect product availability.
ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO EXISTING ORDER: Due to the automated process, we cannot do this, so a new order will need to be placed.

SHIPPING CHARGES: All shipping charges are international rates and are based on total products purchased include handling fees. If you are in the United Kingdom, please contact us before purchasing an item and we could possibly give you a reduction in shipping charges!

MP3 AUDIO ON CD: CD’s will work either on your computer or on a dual CD/MP3 player. They cannot be played on a regular CD player.
